- Desk Jockey Fit For Work Screening – assesses aspects such as cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, blood pressure and blood glucose

Well days
Fun filled team building activities based on maximum participation of all employees / departments. These could include either team sports such as volley ball or action soccer or alternatively games such as shooting the hoop, blindfolded goal kicking etc. The concept is to get employees away from their desks and have them work in teams to achieve a specific goal or complete a challenge.
These days could take place onsite or at alternate sites depending on the needs of the company.
